We operate by renting properties long term from Landlords to accommodate our Local Authority clients. 

We also partner with Letting Agents to deliver a great experience for the  Landlords we work with.
 

We rent properties due to speed and cost; 

By renting from Landlords, we can meet our obligations to our clients and those who need homes, quickly, safely and effectively. 

We do this by using a Commercial Lease Agreement, where we, the company become your tenant, and are liable for the monthly rent, all utility bills, upkeep & maintenance of the property. 

Our comprehensive services encompass property investment, maintenance, and management, ensuring that both landlords and tenants experience the highest level of satisfaction.
